1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Tutt Travel application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Travel planning only
Tutt Travel is an organizational tool. It is not a travel agency, emergency service, insurer, legal adviser, medical adviser, immigration adviser, or source of official safety information. You are responsible for verifying reservations, schedules, visa and entry requirements, health guidance, weather, transportation, costs, and other travel details with authoritative sources.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tutt Travel permission to host, process, copy, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate the service and provide features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share the content.
5. Shared trips
When you share a trip, authorized participants may view or change content according to their permissions. Changes by one participant may synchronize to others. Do not share sensitive information with people you do not trust. Trip owners and members are responsible for managing access appropriately.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious or unlawful material, violate another person’s rights, use the service for fraud or harassment, or help another person do so.
7. Documents, backups, and offline access
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of essential documents and travel information. Offline access, synchronization, uploads, downloads, and previews may depend on device storage, permissions, connectivity, file formats, and third-party services. Do not rely on Tutt Travel as the only copy of a passport, ticket, reservation, medical record, or other critical information.
8. Third-party services
Tutt Travel may interact with third-party platforms, maps, websites, cloud infrastructure, app stores, and device services. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
10. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using Tutt Travel at any time and may initiate account-deletion steps as described on our Support page. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutt Travel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost travel opportunities, missed reservations, or costs arising from reliance on the service. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
